Reflexologist
I am a fully insured, qualified Reflexologist with a wealth of experience and I receive high praise from many clients for my ability to improve health and well-being through the treatments offered.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology (including Anatomy and Physiology) and trained at the Devon School of Reflexology with Sarah Jane Holt. My professional membership is with The Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
I love giving Reflexology treatments. No two treatments are ever the same and it never ceases to amaze me how incredibly magical the body is. It is so amazingly intelligent and knows how to self-heal. Good health is its natural state of being and it is possible.
I have a continuing desire to expand my knowledge in other therapy modalities that complement the skills I have already gained. In doing so, it provides a ‘tool kit’ to enhance a treatment with me.

The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) was established in 1984 and is a not-for-profit organisation. Today it is the foremost aspirational and independent professional association for reflexology in the UK providing support for more than five thousand members across the UK and overseas. Members of the AoR have some of the highest levels of reflexology qualification in the UK. The letters MAR after their name denotes their membership status – a sign of assurance that they have met the strictest standards of reflexology practice, they are insured to practise and that they are committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge.
My Approach & Values
I believe in the idea that the body is not just the physical and its ailments – it is also made up of the mind, the emotions, beliefs and the soul. They are all the sum of what makes you you!!! Each one is interdependent on the other.
It is often said that the mind or one’s thinking can create illness. Through experience, I have found that emotions and the mind do affect the whole body and can manifest as an illness.
Many issues are clearly visible on the feet and they draw me to a particular aspect. I have learnt to go with this and let the feet and the client be my guide. Some call this intuition.
Getting to the root cause of a person’s ailment may be obtained by listening to the body: the feet often ‘speak’ and as I connect with the body through the feet, it’s as if it wants its story to be heard. The story is often the reason behind the ailment.
I also work with Energy Medicine subtle energy, often called Chi that flows through your body and is a vital, invisible, living, moving force. Our health is dependent on that flow as it passes through the body.
